The iconic Dinners in Paradise is an intention-setting experience that comes to life at Paradise Farms: 17 acres of tropical, regenerative farmland in Homestead, just beyond Miami's urban core. We farm, we harvest, we create, we host, and we educate, investing a portion of the proceeds from every dinner into the ongoing projects of The Paradise Farms Foundation.
A private, on-foot tour of our farm to unveil its intriguing history and sacred construction principles is followed by a one-off signature dining experience in close community at our grand, family-style table. Five courses. Celebrated chefs. Fresh, organic, nutrient-rich ingredients cultivated and handpicked from the soils beneath your feet.
Le Jardinier
Ten Michelin stars since 2019. French-inspired flavor and expertise. A culinary artistry elegantly in tune with nature’s rhythm. Le Jardinier partners with Paradise Farms for the first Dinners in Paradise of 2025 to deliver a one-of-a-kind experience of the land's abundance. Executive Chef Andrew Ayala and Executive Pastry Chef Salvatore Martone of Le Jardinier will craft a singular five-course meal carefully paired with a selection of wines. If you move to the beat of nature's call and you love to savor the changing of the seasons, this January gathering is your ticket to Paradise.
Outstanding in the Field
For the second year running, Outstanding in the Field returns to Paradise Farms to celebrate the pioneering work of regenerative agriculture in its natural habitat. Joined by Chef Niven Patel from Feal Hospitality, Ghee, and Erba, and Wine Curator Alessandra Esteves from 305 Wines, this is a Dinners in Paradise of beauty and origin. Tropical fruit trees, a circular herb garden, vegetable fields, and a mellifluous water feature will infuse this outdoor dining adventure with the organic energy of true farm-to-fork living.
Essensia at The Palms
Mindful sourcing, sustainable practices, and vibrant culinary artistry. Paradise Farms partners with Essensia at The Palms in a story of transcendental Mediterr-Asian flavor. Chef de Cuisine Diana Tandia will artfully weave her African heritage and classical French training with global influences. It will be a Dinners in Paradise overflowing with expression, showcasing premium seasonal ingredients, harvested from the soils beneath your feet. With every dish, the harmony and art of fine dining in tune with the Earth’s bounty will unfold.
Elastika & The Moore
Paradise Farms collaborates with Elastika & The Moore for an enchanting Dinners in Paradise this April, offering a seasonal menu and soulful experience where ingredients and environment are as evocative as the stars. Under the visionary leadership of Executive Chef Joe Anthony, the fresh, organic, nutrient-rich ingredients from Paradise Farms will transform into a testament to art, design, and culture. Through a harmonious blend of eclectic flavor, this Dinners in Paradise will invite guests to celebrate the profound synergy between food and place.
