Frequently Asked Questions Pick-Up & Subscriptions

On Saturdays, will the van drop off my order at the pick-up route location?

No. The van will arrive at the scheduled time and wait for 15 minutes for order collection.

What happens if I don’t arrive on time?

Your order will not be refunded, but it will be returned to Paradise Farms. You can pick it up on Monday between 10 AM and 2 PM at the farm.

Why is there an $18 route pick-up fee if I’m picking up the order myself

This logistics and handling fee helps cover the cost of bringing your order closer to you — maintaining cold chain, saving you time and fuel, and offering convenience.

Can I choose a different pick-up location every time I order?

Yes. If you're placing an à la carte order, you can choose a different pick-up location each time. For subscriptions, you must select one pick-up location for the entire duration.

I have a subscription. Can I add items and choose a different pick-up this week?

If you're adding to your subscription order, the pick-up location cannot be changed. For a new separate order, you may choose a different pick-up location and/or pick-up day.

Will refrigerated items spoil before pick-up?

No. Orders are transported in a refrigerated van. We recommend bringing your own cooler or purchasing one from us to keep items cold after pick-up.
