Farm Box Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a Paradise Farms Farm Box membership, you agree to the following:
  • Your purchase is a commitment to the full 13-week Spring Season.
  • All Farm Box membership sales are final. No refunds or cancellations will be issued.
  • Farm Boxes cannot be credited, replaced, transferred, or rescheduled.
  • Skipped Farm Boxes and Farm Boxes not picked up during the designated pickup window will be donated. No refund, credit, replacement, or rescheduling will be provided.
  • No substitutions or exchanges are permitted.
  • Farm Box contents are based on seasonal availability and will vary each week.
  • Members are responsible for reviewing all pickup or delivery information and collecting their Farm Box at the scheduled time and location.
  • Paradise Farms may adjust pickup or delivery schedules when necessary due to weather, harvest conditions, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. Members will be notified of any changes.
