Our Provider Green Beans are sweet and crunchy, perfect for snacking, sautéing, or preserving. Green beans are a good source of vitamins A, C, and K, as well as fiber, folic acid, and minerals like potassium, calcium, and magnesium. They also contain chlorophyll, which may help block the carcinogenic effects of grilling meat.
