Kabocha squash, also known as Japanese pumpkin, is a sweet, dense winter squash with a rich flavor similar to a sweet potato and pumpkin. It has a dark green, striped rind and bright yellow flesh that can be eaten, though the skin is edible after cooking. Kabocha is versatile and can be roasted, steamed, pureed, or used in soups, curries, and desserts. 

 

 

IMPORTANT: For Tuesday and Thursday delivery, your order must be placed by Sunday. For Friday, Saturday and Sunday pick-up your order must be placed by Wednesday 3 PM.
