Tulsi

Tulsi, also known as holy basil, is a small, aromatic shrub with fragrant leaves and small flowers. Fresh leaves can be added to salads, fruit dishes, and jellies. Dried leaves can be used in spice mixes. Tulsi is used in Ayurveda and Siddha practices to treat inflammatory diseases. It's also believed to have anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties.
