Made from 1,500 pounds of Baldwin, Pineapple, and Carnes pears harvested in late summer 2025, this small-batch vinegar is crafted entirely on the farm by Farmer John. The fresh pear juice was slowly fermented and lacto-fermented over three months to create a vibrant, complex vinegar for everyday kitchen use. Cold filtered and made without any added ingredients or processing aids, this is true whole-fruit vinegar from fruit to bottle.
