Cane Syrup

We crush the cane using a hundred year old press powered by solar electricity. Then we cook the juice over an iron kettle for over three hours to drive out the water and refine the flavor and texture.

Try it on hot biscuits, waffles and pancakes! Also pairs deliciously with smoked sausage. Add it to your beverages or cocktails as a natural sweetener too!
