PF Microgreens Paradise Blend (ea)

Our Paradise Blend consists of kohlrabi, mustard, arugula, and radish microgreens, harvested fresh weekly! This blend has a little spicy kick complemented with the sweet, broccoli flavor from the kohlrabi and nutty notes from the arugula. 

Microgreens provide concentrated nutrients, including higher levels of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants than mature vegetables, offer dietary fiber, add diverse flavors and textures to meals, and are easily incorporated into various dishes.
